Understanding Digestion: Many people have suffered tremendous
upsets in health and well being because they did
not know how to maintain a proper balance in:

B.) Digestion

 


Digestion is a big concern in fitness and health because proper digestion can help the body repair itself and to recuperate after a
good exercise regemine.

One of the problems people have who neglect proper
nutrition is the possibility of food poisoning.

You may ask how is this possible? The body cannot take the continual abuse that
we do everyday by eating the wrong combinations of food.

the body if uncheck by causing serious and terminal disease and
bodily malfunction.
