Upright Row:
This is an exercise that works the entire body.

These exercises are controlled by breathing. When you are going in to the excercise you want to be inhaling, and when you are coming out of the repetition you want to breath

Arm Curls




This excercise is controlled by the way you breath.
You sholud first stand shoulder width in a tripod stance,
with your knees slightly bent, hold your body with a
strong and steady posture stance.


 
 



Once you get the bar to your chest. Hold for 3 Secs.,
Slowly lower the bar filling your lungs up with air.

 
 



Straight Arm Pull-Over

(Breating exceresise)

Form is the key of this excercise,
This excercise requires you to lock your
arms out straight, you breath to the top (in Range of the motion) Pulling your arms up stright over your face. Look at the bar at the top for 3 sec. This is going to allow you to control it, filling up with air.
